Brilliant ruby purple. Expressive and complex nose, spicy and floral, slightly vegetal, fine violet, elderberries, hints of ivy, then bell peppers, cherry juice, pepper. On the palate characterised by gripping savouriness and acidity, intricate tannin, shows deep, with considerable freshness, comes in many layers. Flinty, punchy and elegant with a very long finish.
