The red wine Barolo DOCG, vintage 2021 from the winery Podere Rocche dei Manzoni has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Monforte d'Alba in Italy.
Gently shimmering ruby with garnet coloured tendencies. Seductive nose of sweet mocha and graphite, followed by juniper and fully ripe mulberry, with a hint of thyme. Very juicy on the palate, with savoury fruit and powerful tannins, harmonious until the long finish on dark chocolate.
