The spumante Valentino Metodo Classico Rosé V.S.Q. Brut, vintage 2018 from the winery Podere Rocche dei Manzoni has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Nero, Chardonnay from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Light salmon-pink with a fine mousse. The nose is a bit restrained at the beginning, then begins to delicately show fresh raspberries and strawberries. On the palate it's fresh and juicy, almost gluggable, with a pleasant mousse and fruity finish.
