The red wine Perno Vigna Cappella di S. Stefano Barolo DOCG, vintage 2014 from the winery Podere Rocche dei Manzoni has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Dark, rich ruby with very slightly bright rim. Rich blackberry, ripe cassis and a hint of plum, fine liquorice notes in the background, very inviting. Rich in structure on the palate with fine tannin structure, great integrated acidity, seems velvety and delicate, and finishes with the finest palate drive.
