The red wine Rocche dell'Annunziata Barolo DOCG, vintage 2014 from the winery Ratti has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Bright ruby red with slight brightening around the rim. Deep nose of cassis and blackberries, light notes of leather and tobacco, smoky tones, multi-layered. Very juicy on the palate with a wonderfully balanced acidity and perky fruit, dances across the tongue, with powerful and subtle tannins, further bottle ageing recommended.
