Ruby garnet. Rather restrained on the nose with notes of almost ripe plums, cherries and tart fruit hints, with barrique in the background. There's a beautiful fullness on the palate with some vivid, coffee-like roasted notes allied to plum fruit and supported by ripe tannins. Well structured through to the medium-long finish.
