Stella, Merlot del Ticino, DOC, 2018 Farbe: Rubinrot mit granatroten Reflexen, klar und konsistent. Ein harmonischer und ausgeglichener Merlot. Trocken, warm und weich mit samtigen Tanninen, frisch und saftig. Anhaltend, mit Körper und einem angenehmen Nachgeschmack nach Schokolade, Kaffee und roten Früchten. Dieser Wein passt gut zu rotem Fleisch, Wild und reifem Käse. Sehr gut zu einem saftigen Tessiner Zicklein oder zu Hirschpfeffer.

Dark ruby wtih ripe reflections. Needs air. Initially vegetal notes of bell pepper, then increasingly dark fruit. Plum, blackberry and pleasant savoury, some liquorice and cloves. Slightly full-bodied but elegant on the palate with ripe acidity, fine tannins and again dark fruit and fresh vegetal notes. Lingers for a long time and finishes pleasantly fresh.
