Im Weinkeller werden die Trauben entrappt und leicht gepresst, anschließend werden sie nach einer kurzen Zeit in Edelstahltanks zur Gärung gebracht. Die Mazerationszeit dauert insgesamt 35 bis 45 Tage, wobei die kontrollierte Gärung nach etwa 10 Tagen abgeschlossen ist. Der Wein reift 18 Monate lang in gebrauchten und neuen Barrique-Fässern. Bis zur Abfüllung wird der Wein erneut 6 Monate lang in Edelstahltanks stabilisiert. Ein harmonischer und ausgewogener Merlot. Trocken, warm und weich mit samtigen Tanninen, guter Frische und Würze. Anhaltend, vollmundig mit einem angenehmen Nachgeschmack von gerösteten Mandeln und roten Früchten. Hervorragendes Entwicklungspotenzial.

Dark ruby. Dried plum on the nose, cassis, roasted green peppers, smoky nuances. Independent. Nice breadth on the palate with a certain sweetness, but elegant with ripe acidity, fine tannins and lots of dark fruit. Finishes juicy and fresh.
