Fresh bouquet with notes of confit raspberries, blackberries and ripe plum. Hints of herbal candy and a touch of anise. Light and elegant on the palate, with pleasant acidity and subtle fruit as well as savouriness. Fine-grained, slightly noticeable tannin, medium length.
