Brilliant straw yellow colour. Fine, persistent and continuous mousse. Toasted and mineral notes on the nose, followed by fresh fruit, almonds and bread crust. Dry, fresh and well-balanced on the palate. Salty and structurally rich. Salty finish with a pleasant and long persistence.
