Pine needles, savoury and ethereal notes, smoke, yeast, some hay, apricot and pear, also dried herbs, rosemary oil. Soft and supple on the palate, elegant, lean, with a residual sweetness, and a minerality that is both savoury and grippy, wonderful depth.
