Yeasty and savoury on the nose with some shortcrust pastry and aniseed biscuits, apple, apple skin and Mirabelle plums, also sesame. On the palate, the soft base builds up a dynamism carried by the taut acidity, self-confident mousse, creamy core, good length, flint wine with profile.
