Still closed on the nose, apple peel, mirabelle plums, apricots, peach, lemon balm, chamomile blossom, subtle iodine notes, oyster shell, wood savouriness. Dense and tightly woven on the palate, mineral savouriness and fine phenolics, clear, ripe fruit, everything close together and very elegant.
