Like a Blanc de Noirs in colour: creamy, "gris" in the French sense. On the nose, the wine is spicy, balsamic, stoney, even with a hint of wood influence in the aromatics. On the palate, the wine has substance and structure, a firm acidity carries the structure, the lean alcohol does not prevent the wine from having a lot of expression and a very good length. Best paired with food.
