On the nose, aromas of pomelo and bergamot with black pepper. On the palate, the wine is very rich in extract, firm acidity and noticeable minerality resulting in a taut core that builds up a long-lasting level of tension. Only at the very end of the finish does the wine soften and fade out with yeasty notes.
