The red wine Brunello di Montalcino Piaggione DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Salicutti has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Clear, bright garnet red. Very finely marked nose with lots of cherries, goji berries and pomegranate. Full and powerful on the palate, shows a lot of dense tannin, in addition sweet texture, both well integrated, in the final firm drive, long finish.
