Tasting Notes
Aromas of black cherries, cranberries, undergrowth, dark chocolate and rosemary. Sneaks up behind you, which carries the risk of being underestimated. Scent of allspice and clove. Typical of the variety and demanding on the palate, not very talkative at the moment. We don't want to force it, we are left with a lot of tannins on the palate and hope for it and the future.
More about the tastingDense dark ruby. Fine, rich nose, lots of ripe fruit, some ginger powder, multi-layered. Compact, rich fruit, very juicy, opens with present, crisp tannins, describes a wide arc, long.
