Tasting from 07.10.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright deep ruby red core. A touch reductive on the nose, will benefit from time to open up. Aromas offer malt, lovage and ripe raspberries. Gripping on the palate, showing drive, ferruginous and masking fruit at this stage, considerably dry on the finish, will need a lot of time to reach its full potential.
