Bright straw yellow with green reflections. Intriguing nose, relatively little fruit, reminiscent of white pepper, wet stone and slightly dried herbs, with some lemon behind it. More citrus fruit on the palate, refreshing and harmonious, delicately textured, animating acidity, salty, medium-long finish.
