Tasting from 04.10.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red with garnet-coloured reflections. Opens with lots of sweet cherry on the nose, followed by juniper and thyme. Also red berry flavours on the palate, on a finely-meshed tannin structure and compact acidity, with a slightly drying finish.
