Tasting from 04.10.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear ruby red with delicately brightening edges. Harmonious and inviting on the nose, ripe cherry fruit, coffee beans and dark chocolate, dried rosemary and cherry blossom. Light-footed and elegant on the palate, fine, polished tannins, animating acidity structure, savoury finish.
