Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Clear ruby red with brightening edges. On the nose a lot of herbal savouriness, reminiscent of mint and lemon verbena, behind it some cherry and white pepper. On the palate more fruit, strawberries and sour cherry, straightforward acidity, already well-integrated tannin, herbal savouriness again in the medium-long finish.
