Tasting Notes
Reductive on the nose, slightly herbaceous, needing plenty of air, and then showing notes of caraway and mint, black pepper, and kiwi. Silky and supple on the palate, with very cultivated ripe acidity, slender with a mountain wine impression, and subtle mineral undertones. Pleasingly not too sweetly rounded, it is a gastronomic varietal, and fine enough to stand up to a Lake Constance whitefish.
