The sekt Rosé brut, vintage 2021 from the winery Schmidt am Bodensee has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Delicate salmon pink in colour. Smells fruitily of strawberries, black currant and rhubarb. The mousse attacks quite briskly, with the pithy acidity buffered by some sweetness. Finishes again with berry fruit flavors, as well as a hint of savouriness and zesty acidity pull.
