Tasting Notes
Clone 6. on the nose: some herbs, cedar, flint, blueberry, almost some rhubarb, discreet new wood, cocoa powder, cassis and crème de cassis. In the mouth, there is an extract-sweet start, along with very fine, suitably punchy tannin, then a lively acidity enters the stage, the wine seems completely vertically built, bundled and almost "cool", with an immense amount of drive and tension.
