Deep dark ruby red, opaque core, purple hues, subtle brightening on the rim. Intense notes of black berries, dark cherries, hints of nougat, sweet tobacco, with aeration also red berries, refined notes of oak, savoury and mineral, a hint of vanilla, a very complex bouquet. Juicy, elegant and full of finesse, a refined sweetness, incredibly balanced, mineral and persistent, powerful on the finish, harmonious and inviting, drinking wonderfully now but only a glimpse of what's to come when aged to its full potential.
