Bright, shiny greenish yellow. Fragrant nose, very citrusy, salty, with white flowers, reminiscent of squeezed grapefruit and sage in the aftertaste. Very fresh on the palate, very youthful, with crisp acidity, aromas of green apple, very precise, appears somewhat simple overall.
