The sparkling wine Comitissa Riserva Gold Südtirol DOC Pas Dosé, vintage 2016 from the winery Sektkellerei Lorenz Martini Comitissa has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Weissburgunder, Chardonnay from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Intense light gold colour with persistent mousse. Aromas of cold smoke, fine yeast, roasted hazelnut on the nose, with subtle hints of citrus fruit, as well as a little cream and vanilla butter. On the palate with beautiful complexity and tension, opens up in several layers, savoury, with good length, very well done.
