Tasting from 16.10.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright straw yellow with persistent mousse. Salty lemon, flint and also some grapefruit on the nose, then fine notes of red berries, fine floral scent, as well as hints of mango. The palate is juicy, clear, with racy acidity and pleasant, airy mousse, creamy and very well balanced, clean, great length.
