Delicate pastel pink. Some yeast, clear Pinot aroma, raspberry, precise fragrance. Medium-fine mousse, relatively concise acidity, but of great naturalness and purity. High-quality grapes, no B grapes! Extremely clear. Animating sparkling wine.
