Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright orange pink with a persistent mousse. On the nose there are notes of fine orange peel, raspberry, light white peach, in the echo delicate oak and cold smoke. On the palate it shows with effervescent, perky mousse, delicate fruit core, shows fine drive in the approach and course, as well as light phenolics, currently still very young.
