Radiant, sparkling bright gold with fine mousse. On the nose crisp green apple, delicate pear, white flowers, hints of lime on the aftertaste, sea salt. On the palate very balanced and round, initially slightly salty and with clear fruit, balanced and round, clean, fresh finish.
