The sekt Winkler Anna-Katharina N°15 Rosé VSQ Extra Brut (Magnum), vintage 2019 from the winery Sektmanufaktur Winkler has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Blauburgunder, Chardonnay from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Bright orange-pink with a persistent mousse. On the nose fine hints of orange peel, raspberries and light white peach, whilst subtle notes of wood and cold smoke await behind. On the palate there's an effervescent, perky mousse supporting the delicate fruit core. Plenty of drive in the approach and course, as well as light phenolics on show. Feels still very young.
