Bright peach pink colour with persistent mousse, fine bubbles and elegant. Delicate aromas of orange, wild strawberry and fine pink-red peach on the nose, with subtle yeasty notes. Beautifully juicy on the palate with creamy fruit and subtle, restrained mousse, finishing with fine salty tones.
