Brilliant straw yellow with golden shimmer, fine mousse. Intriguing nose, citrus fruit, reminiscent of lime, followed by fresh bread dough and dandelion flowers as well as salty accents. Tense and precise on the palate, fine texture, animating acidity, long, elegant, salty finish.
