Tasting Notes
Smoky and yeasty, but also small red berry and herbs. Very finely extracted wine, fine-grained but also firm and fresh tannins in medium quantity, a lively nerve gives tension and length, juiciness and mineral undertones give elegance. It has classic Burgundian proportions.
