The red wine Cottà Barbaresco DOCG, vintage 2017 from the winery Sottimano has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Clear, bright ruby core. Compact and appealing nose with lots of red berries, raspberry both ripe and fresh strawberries. Good density on the palate, concentrated ripe fruit, juicy acidity, with a grippy, slightly drying tannins on the finish.
