The red wine Pajoré Barbaresco DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Sottimano has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Intense ruby garnet with a bright core. Elegant nose of rose petals, plums and hints of Rumtopf, with blackberries in the aftertaste. Plucky and salty on the palate, balanced and harmonious from the attack to the finish, very powerful especially mid-palate, fruity, with a long finish.
