Tasting Notes

89
Tasting from 02.11.2007

Sparkling, dense ruby garnet; very clear and open nose with pronounced notes of ripe cherry, some plum, fresh; shows very supple, sweet fruit in the attack and course, unfolds with grippy tannin, firm core, slightly dry tannin in the finish, which should still become nice and soft with additional storage.
