The white wine Riesling Stein-Harfe, Würzburg, vintage 2011 from the winery Weingut Bürgerspital has been rated in 2012 with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Franconia in Germany.
Pale white-yellow with greenish reflections. Very clear and savoury Riesling fruit, very precise and animating on the nose. Dense and very mineral on the palate, multi-layered, very persistent and lively, pure and yet juicy and concentrated. Excellent to great Franconian Riesling, perhaps the best 2011 from the Stein.
