The sekt »Grande Réserve« brut nature, vintage 2012 from the winery Strauch Sektmanufaktur has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 93+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Initially somewhat closed, minty and floral, chamomile blossom, acacia honey, yellow apple, coffee, a touch of liquorice. The savoury impression intensifies on the palate with aniseed and fennel seeds, grown-up mousse, fine juiciness, yeasty-salty finish.
