Aromas of brioche, almond, grated apple, quince and a herbal savouriness. Precise mousse on the palate, lively acidity, pronounced fruit with notes of lime, apple and Mirabelle plum. This "Zero" has good structure and length, great clarity.
More about the tastingFine honey yellow. On the nose brioche, toast, smoke and almond, wet hot stone. On the palate fine mousse, citrus fruit, stone fruit, lemon balm, mint. Vivid and powerful, crystalline with a pleasing austerity. Good structure, long and suitable for food.
