The sekt »Zero« brut nature, vintage 2017 from the winery Strauch Sektmanufaktur has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Weißburgunder from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Slightly floral, nutty, yeasty notes, orange peel on the nose. On the palate the wine is medium-bodied, rather mild in mousse, quite balanced, lively but well-integrated acidity, clear phenolic notes. More of a food wine than an aperitif.
