The sparkling wine Riesling brut, vintage 2014 from the winery Strauch Sektmanufaktur has been rated in 2018 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
It is yeasty on the nose, and rather neutral in the varietal aromas, but with some apple and citrus notes. It has a fine mousse, with a silky texture, in a fine-nerved style, not too sweet, with elegance and finesse, and it is very well balanced.
