The sekt NV »Rosé Prestige« brut from the winery Strauch Sektmanufaktur has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
A pale copper-pink colour. Small red, even unripe berry notes on the nose, roasted, mineral notes, iron railings, charcuterie. On the palate, red fruit juice, a blood orange-like acidity and a vivid mousse. Lovely on its own or with starters.
