Tasting from 07.02.2025: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Peter Moser

Amazingly fresh bouquet with notes of cassis and blackberry confit. Also hints of dried plum, dates, allspice and bay leaf. Concentrated and firm on the palate, with a flattering, unobtrusive fruit, dark dried fruit and Szechuan pepper on the long finish.
