Tasting Notes
80 to 120-year-old vines. Overwhelmingly savoury on the nose: liquorice, cinnamon, allspice, red pepper, the fruit remains in the background. On the palate gripping, dense, complex aromatic underlay, intensely tactile, mineral. Extract and suppleness, sweetness and acidity are hardly perceived individually, everything forms a dense whole, loosely connected. At the same time, the wine has great length with the greatest homogeneity, finishes dry, but not with drying tannin.
