The red wine Chianti Classico DOCG, vintage 2014 from the winery Tenuta Carobbio has been rated in 2017 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Rich ruby red with slightly brightening edges. Open, slightly yeasty nose with subtle use of wood, fine fruit, appealing. On the palate, the wine tastes of plums, is mineral and juicy, finely meshed and impresses with a high, harmonious drinking flow.
