The red wine Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG, vintage 2017 from the winery Tenuta Carobbio has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
A dark ruby red colour. Café au lait, malt, oak on the nose, with slightly lactic notes. Round and full on the palate, with well-embedded tannins, ripe berry fruit, savoury, powerful, with considerable length and a slightly bitter finish.
