It has a sublime bright ruby red colour. There is a spicy bouquet, with aromas of oak and undergrowth, as well as leather and dried plum, and with a beautiful ripe raspberry finish. On the palate with a juicy core and fresh finish, it is balanced and vivid, with a nice saltiness on the finish. It is an exciting Merlot.
